Three simple core values that are as important today as they were in 1919 when Julius Piper, a dairy farmer in Flint, Michigan, subdivided his farm and sold the lots. It was selling those lots in 1919 that launched Piper Realty Company.
Four generations of the Piper family along with two generations of the Bessert family have now guided the company based on those same core values, and watched as Piper Realty Company has grown into one of the premier real estate companies in Michigan.
Piper Realty specializes in residential and commercial sales, as well as, fee-based multi-family, commercial, and retail property management. Over the years, our brokers have earned many honors and professional designations for their involvement, education, and leadership in the profession - at local, state, and national levels. Piper Realty Company brokers and agents hold some of the profession's highest designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation.
