In our Property Management Department, each member of the professional staff is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management. This certification is awarded only to Realtors® who successfully complete more than 200 hours of rigorous classwork and several comprehensive tests. Piper Realty Company also has been designated as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO).
In our Commercial Brokerage Department, we're represented by several brokers who have earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation awarded by the Association of Realtors® Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
And, in our Residential Department, Piper Realty Company brokers hold some of the profession's highest designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation.
